Philly rapper & Sizzle Records/Street Fam signee Freck the Billionaire has gained a spot in my favorite list over the past 3 years. Despite being able to ink a solid deal after L.A Reid being fired from Arista records, Freck still has managed to keep himself out there by joining Fabolous' Street Fam team. Bar for bar Freck Billie is one of the nicest out, but since he's once again doing a bid his grind has been halted.
