Vybz Kartel's own Portmore Empire will be releasing their debut compilation album "Empire Universe" late May, but I guess they just couldn't wait to release something so the "Gaza Thugs At War" compilation is here to hold people over. Portmore Empire proves to be one of the fastest growing groups in the Dance Hall Fraternity of Music, and doesn't plan to slow up. The compilation features the Empire front line artists Vybz Kartel, Blak Ryno, Jah Vinci, Lisa Hype, and new comer Popcaan. Gaza Thugs At War doesn't feature much exclusives, but is rather more of a formal introduction of Portmore Empire. The highlights of the cd will have to be Kartel's "Money Pon Mi Mind", Bounty Killer's Alliance Diss "Ah Whe Do Dem", "Life Story", along with Jah Vinci's "Watch Yuh Friends", "Fight Fi War", and Popcaan's "My War". If you would rather hear more exclusives I recommend you getting Vybz Kartel's "The Teacher's Back" album, which was released a couple months back with all brand new material.
