Sometimes a guy or girl just might want to go out to catch a movie or even get something to eat, that doesn't necessarily make it a date. Instead of catching a movie by yourself & racking up on DXP you take someone with you.
DXP (Drake Experience Points) - a unit of measure used to document, and track the life progression of one's loneliness during Aubrey Graham like stages of their life. Drake Experience Points are mostly gained from the actions conducted during destitute quests for companionship.
There is nothing wrong with going out by yourself to clear your mind from time to time, so let's not get DXP mixed up or confused with treating yourself. While one can simply treat themselves on occasion, let's also not deny that there is a thin line between being lonely & treating yourself.
If you're still slightly confused as to what DXP is, and whether or not you're gaining them, here are a few signs that can help you figure our if you are rapidly leveling up due to excessive DXP...
Dinner for one on a constant basis...
- The host/hostess of the restaurant knows to put your lonely ass in a corner or a single seat at the end of the bar whenever you walk in.
- Whenever you're assigned a table, the waitress/waiter clears any additional forks cause they know you aren't about to be accompanied by a single soul witcho lonely ass.
The last few times you've gone to the movies you only needed a seat for yourself...
- Seeing a movie on your own just might be one of the loneliest things anyone can do. You're just in a dark theater caressing the seat cushion with your ass & not worrying about arguing with anyone about sharing an armrest.
You know daytime restaurant bartenders on a first name basis & vice versa...
- If the bartender knows what to question you on in your personal life as he/she serves you your lonely drink without even asking you what you want, your DXP levels are astronomical.
The Netflix what's new section is relieving to your life & nights...
- You've watched every urban movie with an all African American cast no matter how horrid they are because nobody is there to stop you or give you plans.
- Nobody is around to separate you from your "Netflix" account.
Remember I'm only trying to help you, and too many lonely ventures can result in R&B music gently massaging your eardrums while you lay on your stomach with your feet fluttering through the air & scrolling through EVERY contact in your phone. That is never a good thing to behold, once you've reached that level of loneliness you might as well purchase a few cats cause you're definitely on the verge of being lonelier than Future at the end of "Turn on The Lights" or Trey Songz at the end of the "Your Side of the Bed" videos.
Go find some friends or someone to go out with from time to time before you end up shooting up a movie theater or classroom with your lonely ass.
- If you feel the need to tell your Social Networks how "Dry" or "Lonely" you & your phone inbox are, you're shooting up the DXP Leader Boards.
- If you attempt to go out just to display it on Instagram or Twitter, you're lonelier than you realize.
- If you need to know whether you're gaining DXP or not, just ask yourself "Have I Been Selected To Go Outside Lately"!?
