Drug Kingpin Frank Matthews was known as the biggest notable drug trafficker, and ran operations throughout the ENTIRE east coast all while also supplying EVERY region of the United States. Frank lived in Philly as a teenager but moved to Brooklyn, NY and worked as a barber & hitman before becoming a drug dealer. Frank Matthews was moving keys for 26k, and although the media made the likes of well known street snitches Frank Lucas & Nicky Barnes out to be the biggest traffickers, Frank was so major that he even held a dealers summit in Atlanta to discuss how the African America/Hispanic drug dealers would get rid of the Italian Mafias ties in the drug trade. It's still a mystery on where Frank Matthews went or what happened to him after 1973 because the Feds were ready to arrest him, and the Black Mafia of Philly were after him but Frank disappeared. Frank Matthews is said to have left the country before being indicted & vanished with 20 Million dollars.
