So in my Introduction to my Media Production class, we were assigned a 3-5 minute silent short film. We had to write, cast, produce, edit and direct it all. The story behind my film was inspired by my Twitter timeline, actually. Everyday I go on Twitter, I see girls complaining about guys and vice versa. I feel that our generation doesn't see the impact we have on one another. So I decided to make my film a bit drastic, but one in which got the point across none-the-less. On top of that, I'm some sappy still-believe-in-love kind of girl, which is reflected in my musical selection. So it combines reality, with a bit of the 'fairytale' concept of love.
