Halfway House
Joe Budden has to be one of the most underated artist's in today's generation.
Buddens' career
has been delayed and unfortunately on the most part to me is physically
over, not on part of his music's quality but on behalf of label support. After constant delays on
his sophomore album The Growth, and Jay-Z's appointment as Def Jam
President talks of Joe Budden being signed to Roc-A-Fella Records soon vanished alongside his
album.

Joe Budden returned to his mixtape roots releasing the Mood Muzik Series with DJ OnPoint
rattling the underground circuit. Joey has signed an independent deal
with Amalgam Digital, home of artists like Peedi Crakk and Max B. Joey and Amalgam have now
released Halfway House which is the pre-quel to Joe Buddens album
The Padded Room.

Halfway House like traditional Joe projects reflects his mood and hardships
in the game but isn't exactly a proper endeavor after putting
out the Mood Muzik series even though it still prepares you for what is to come.
